Amos is a strategic business professional with extensive experience in petroleum trading and institutional administration. Currently leading the team at RAZs OIL as the Managing Director, he brings over a decade of expertise in commodity trading, corporate governance, and institutional development.
Mr. Agyemang holds an MBA in Corporate Governance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, complementing his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. His educational foundation is enhanced by specialized certifications in oil and trading, oil & gas supply chain management, project management, and digital sales techniques.
In his current role, he demonstrates proven capability in supplier relations, market optimization, risk management, operational efficiency, leadership, strategic guidance and spearheading expansion. Previously, at the Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited Company (BOST) he effectively managed cargo imports, trade operations, supplier negotiation, pricing, export and sales. Exiting at the Managerial level as Manager Trading Desk. Amos has since worn his entrepreneurial cap founding Hares Energies, an oil and gas capital management company providing financing for products to OMC’s, bringing worth of understanding in managing the complexities of running and managing business and the necessity of for instituting a corporate governance and business leadership to delivering targets.

His objective focuses on contributing to effective leadership and developing strong business institutions across Africa, with particular emphasis on commodity trading, strategy, and corporate governance.
